Each artwork is created as a bespoke, one-of-a-kind piece.

Due to the personalised nature of commissioned work, the following refund policy applies.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission.

This deposit confirms your place in the schedule and covers the time, preparation, and initial stages of the artwork.

3. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your commission before work has begun, your deposit will be retained.

Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted.

4. Completed Artwork

Once a piece has been completed, refunds are not available.

Each artwork is created with care, aligned with the agreed-upon references and style.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that an issue arises, each case will be approached with care and fairness.

6. Shipping Issues

If your artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Appropriate solutions will be offered where possible.
