Process of Booking

1 | Book Your Portrait
To secure your place in my schedule, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This guarantees dedicated time for your portrait, as I prioritise your commission over other projects. Because of this commitment, the deposit is non-refundable.

2 | Order Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details about your order, including what materials or information I’ll need from you. This ensures you’re fully prepared for your scheduled slot.

3 | Providing Photos & Details
You don’t need to provide photos or details at the time of booking. These can be sent up after your order confirmation. Photos should ideally show your subject from multiple angles, but perfect quality is not necessary. I work with all kinds of references. If your subject has passed or photos are limited, I’ll guide you to capture their essence. Sharing personality traits or special stories helps make the portrait truly personal and meaningful.

4 | Mock-up Review
I will create a mock-up based on the materials you provide. Once you review and approve it, we’ll proceed to the full painting.

5 | Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due after mock-up approval. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.

6 | Painting Process
Once full payment is received, I will begin creating your original physical portrait. Each artwork is approached with precision and care to ensure it captures the character of your subject and becomes a cherished piece of art.

7 | Completion & Shipping
When the portrait is finished, it will be shipped to you securely:

  • UK shipping: £15 flat rate (applies to most sizes)

  • International shipping: Price will be discussed individually via email

Shipping fees may be adjusted only for exceptionally large portraits or when multiple commissions are ordered at once.
